Hi, I'm Maya and I'm a freshman journalism and environmental science double major. I'm from California so stereotypically spend a lot of my free time at the beach, hiking, or running. I love coffee and farmers' markets. I'm one of those non-confrontational vegans, but I do love finding new vegan restaurants and recipes. My favorite food is a falafel sandwich from Falafel Drive-In in San Jose (previously starred in Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives). I am also very interested in sustainable agriculture and green eating.
