I am a junior here at Illinois State majoring in Communication Studies. I just transferred here this semester and so far love it but am really looking to find my fit. I am extremely passionate about fitness, nutrition and just food in general. I am currently working on my personal training certification and will be specializing in nutrition. My goal is to compete in a fitness competition in the near future, if not then, after I graduate. I am a huge fan of flexible dieting and enjoy counting macros. I think it's a fun and whole new way of looking at food! I like to take "unhealthy" foods and make them into delicious protein-packed treats. While I am a Communication major, I am excited for the opportunity to work on my Marketing skills as well as those with social media. Whether it's making something myself of trying a new local restaurant, I truly love any and every aspect of food.
