Lindsay Rucker

I am currently studying abroad in Spain immersing myself headfirst in a new culture and language. If I've learned one thing in the last month and a half being here it's that tapas are everything missing in the USA, a cultural loss to be honest. We, as Americans, need to get on it. I wholeheartedly believe that. I am a vegetarian and very passionate about living as plant-based as possible while including a lot of variety in my diet. My superpower is being able to make myself like any food, currently working on olives.
