Jessica Dortch is a Film and Television student attending DePaul University, with a concentration in screenwriting and a minor in professional writing. She is a lifelong foodie, growing up cooking with her mother and taking cooking classes, before learning to make recipes on her own. She loves to explore Chicago's culinary scene!
