Ellie is a writer and photographer for Spoon Richmond and is in her second year studying Political Science and Spanish at the University of Richmond. She loves being a part of the creative genius that is Spoon and learning more about the best ways to eat in college. She constantly dreams of Paris and loves French food, and by French food she means wine, cheese and pastries. She hopes to one day be one of the moms that shops at whole foods while sipping a super-organic green juice.
