My name is Emily, and I am a senior at the University of Michigan. I am majoring in Business Administration at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a minor in Digital Studies from the School of Literature, Science, & the Arts. Post graduation, I will be working within the field of consulting in New York City.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, as well as exploring new restaurants around the Ann Arbor area. Some of my favorites include Miss Kim, Adventura, and Pacific Rim.
I hope to bridge my passion for business, creativity, and food by continuing to be involved in the food and restaurant industry post-college. Through my consulting position, I have the opportunity to help consumer packaged goods firms and restaurant groups solve their business problems.
