Hey everyone! My name is Emily Vera and I’m currently a student at LSU! I live in Baton Rouge, but I’m from New Orleans and nothing beats the Big Easy. I’m a first generation student and hold so much pride in what I do in my college career that my family never got a chance to experience.
I love pop-culture and have a very personal connection with food, it is the universal language after all. My family is latin, so food is our love language through and through. Besides loving food as much as anyone else, I love to constantly be on the go and busy myself with as much as possible. Whether that be creating something new through crafting or just hanging out with my friends and exploring something new. But I do love my days to just sit around, be a lazy, and reset before a new adventure. This also applies to when I go on a travel bender as well, nothing is more exciting than channeling my inner Anthony Bourdain
