Ella Breslawsky

My name is Ella Breslawsky - I am from Montclair, NJ, and I am a freshman at the University of Michigan majoring in business. Some of my favorite foods are sushi, anything with avocado or truffle, pasta, and burrata. My favorite restaurants in A2 so far are Aventura, Real Seafood Company, Zingerman’s, and Totoro. I love to cook and bake, especially vegetable soufflés and challah, and I also enjoy trying new foods and exploring restaurants wherever I go - I basically would eat anything in sight. I hope to one day go to Japan and have sushi for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I am so excited to be a part of Michigan’s Spoon Chapter on the marketing team!
