Hi! I'm Eli, I grew up in Fishers, IN and was in marching band for all four years of high school at Fishers High School. I'm a freshman in my first semester at IU Bloomington and have had a bit of experience in the culinary world, but not as much as I would like.
I worked in a kitchen at a taco place called Torchy's Tacos during my sophomore year of high school and was able to expand my palate pretty extensively during my time there. As far as culinary exposure in my personal time, there wasn't a whole lot of variety in my hometown but I'm glad to see that Bloomington has so many great culinary opportunities.
