As an English major and Public Policy minor at UC Berkeley, I love to articulate myself on any number of topics, especially food. Growing up, I had a particular affinity with baking, enjoying the infinite possibilities of decorating and flavor profiles. In fact, I opened a small cupcake boutique when I was 9: Swagilicious Bakery!
I am a native New Jerseyean and love to explore the variations of our rightfully famous pizza and bagels across the nation. There is such a rich history behind how certain meals are created and why they are presented differently by region, that I enjoy learning as well.
Aside from writing and eating (and doing both in tandem), I am a dance enthusiast and love dabbling in fine arts!
