Carter is a junior at the University of Oregon studying Advertising and Marketing. He loves writing about all things food – from cooking recipes and techniques for students to exploring outdoor cooking and reviewing local bites. Whether it's a simple camp meal or a dorm-friendly dish, he's always looking for ways to make food accessible, delicious, and fun!

Outside of writing, Carter feels most at home in the outdoors. He loves backpacking, hiking, snowboarding, climbing, and fishing – anything that gets him outside!
