Carolina Gillam

Carolina Gillam is a National Writer for Spoon University. She writes about food news, recipes, trends, and more.Aside from Spoon University, Carolina is also a senior at Northwest University, where she is studying English. She is a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the English honor society, and enjoys learning as much as she can from her classes. In particular, she has loved every single one of her literature classes, which have ranged from British literature, to Shakespeare, to literature in film.When she's not studying or working, Carolina is either reading a book, writing for fun, doing Crossfit, or hanging out with her friends and family. Admittedly, she is also addicted to dark chocolate (70% or higher), her favorite brand being Theo Chocolate, as she has toured their factory three times.
