I'm a cellular and molecular biology major from Westchester New York. I'm half Brazilian so I speak fluent Portuguese and that really influences my love for food and cooking. I started cooking at the age of six, learning from my mom, and I soon discovered my passion for baking at the age of 11. It's been a dream of mine to one day write my own cook book/baking recipe book, and writing for and being a part of Spoon University will be the first step to getting there
