I am a Junior at UCF majoring in elementary education, with a minor in event management. My passion is food, and I one day hope to either teach nutrition/culinary in schools or start my own catering company. About three years ago, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, which required me to start living a gluten-free life. I started cooking and exploring my food options, and fell in love with being in the kitchen. About six months ago, I started a gluten-free food blog and Instagram account, with the hopes of sharing my menus, recipes, restaurant finds and product preferences with other college students and gluten-free individuals.
