Started learing about having a healthy relationship with food somewhere in the midst of my health journey. I've gone through many food imbalances from restricting calories, tracking macros, binge eating, and now am on my way towards having a healthy relationship with the food I put in my body. Its all about finding that balance between the burgers and yoga right?
