I think we can all agree that champagne is the quintessential New Year’s beverage. It is an icon, a symbol of the holiday itself. And since champagne is such an enormous part of any New Year’s celebration, there’s no reason that it should only be for drinking. So, I have compiled a list of some of the most delicious ways that you can eat your champagne this year. And of course, drink it, too.
