So while you find yourself wandering up and down the streets, make sure to stop by these Northeastern University food staples and get a bite to eat!
Five Horses Tavern

The iconic brunch spot, Five Horses Tavern is the perfect place to spend your mornings on the weekend. Northeastern students are known to frequent this joint for the donut holes, breakfast pizza, and huevos rancheros, to name a few items on their brunch menu. Bangkok Pinto
Location: 1041 Tremont Street
If you ever lived on the Columbus side of campus you should know about Bangkok Pinto. When I lived in IV, I went here almost every week. This small Thai place is mostly takeout, but has a few areas to eat in as well. Even if you do eat in, your food will come in cute takeout containers that you can just pack up and take to go if you don’t finish everything you ordered. Although this restaurant isn’t on Columbus itself, it’s the closest one on this list to campus. Bangkok Pinto also takes husky dollars and dining dollars, so make sure to stop by and follow them on instagram for updates on all things Thai food.
Jugos Supremo
Location: 502 Massachusetts Avenue
On the corner of Mass Ave and Tremont Street lies Jugos Supremo, a delicious must-try brunch and smoothie place. Jugos is a pretty small cafe with big flavors that not only serves smoothies and juices, but also salads, sandwiches, eggs, waffles, and more. As someone who hates bananas and loves smoothies, Jugos is the perfect place to go that will accommodate changes to their menu items and still be delicious. Jugos is also known to partner with Spoon Northeastern to give 15% off a specific bowl for Northeastern students who show their Husky ID, so make sure to keep your eye out on their instagram for these deals.

The perfect date night spot, SRV Boston has delicious Italian food you don’t have to trek to the North End to eat. Also the perfect place near campus to bring your parents when they come to visit, SRV, or Serene Republic of Venice, is the first venetian style Bacaro and wine bar in Boston. So check out the SRV instagram to drool over their perfect pics.
