12 Starbucks Secret Menu Items That are Vegan-Friendly

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Tex chapter.

Starbucks’ secret menu is full of thick, creamy, and in many instances, colorful Frappuccinos. Luckily, most of them can be made vegan with a few basic modifications. The first one is asking for non-dairy milk. Starbucks now carries three different ones: almond, soy, and coconut. In my opinion, soy and almond milk are better because they have a neutral flavor, but coconut works for certain drinks that would taste good with a hint of coconut.

Also, whenever you’re ordering a vegan drink, ask for no whipped cream and avoid the following ingredients

– Java chips

– Protein and fiber powder

– Caramel drizzle

– Cinnamon dolce topping

– Pumpkin spice syrup

– White mocha syrup

– Caramel brûlée syrup

– Chai latte

Many of these ingredients contain dairy and/or ingredients like honey that are not suitable for vegans. With this in mind, check out these delicious vegan Starbucks secret menu drinks.
