Dō has one of the longest lines in NYC. Every day, people swarm to the cookie dough shop and wait in a line around the corner and down the street to get a taste of the treat. However, this week, you should expect that line to be a little longer, because Dō is launching rosé cookie dough.
The cookie dough is actually a Rosé Strawberry & Cream flavor and is made in collaboration with Summer Water Rosé (you know, the wine by Winc that has its own social club? nbd). The rosé is really just for flavoring though, and not intended to actually get you wasted or anything. The flavor tastes a little more like a simple sugar cookie dough mixed with strawberry, but at first bite, you get a slight hint of rosé. You could easily eat a couple scoops of this in less than 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the Rosé Strawberry & Cream dough is only available this week in store through Sunday, June 10. However, Saturday, June 9 is National Rosé Day, and the first 50 customers will get a complimentary scoop of the new flavor. The shop opens at 10 am, so set your weekend alarm now to get your free scoop. If you oversleep, no worries. The line is worth the wait.
