Don’t like exercising, but still trying to lose weight? Or just looking to follow a healthier and more productive way of life? The F-Factor diet plan is the answer to all of your problems.
This diet plan that Tanya Zuckerbrot M.S., R.D. developed looks toward reducing a person’s overall weight without affecting their physical activities or eating patterns. The F-Factor plan focuses on the importance of fiber and how it restricts the amount of food intake that users consume, causing them to feel full faster and for longer periods of time.
Tanya’s F-Factor approved crackers are the popular GG Scandinavian Fiber Crispbreads, with 4 grams of fiber in every cracker. This is one of the most significant staple food to her diet. She is constantly producing creative combinations of snacks and meals with the GG company.
Meal Options
One of my new favorite high in fiber breakfast meals is F-Factor’s classic “oatmeal” with mixed berries and cinnamon. Berries are the most highly recommended fruit due to their high in fiber content. This breakfast is also known as Bran Buds oatmeal, but with less calories and carbs, yet five times the amount of fiber, making it much healthier than your traditional oatmeal.
Another one of my favorites is the raisin and honey flavored GG crackers with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, half of a banana, and a drizzle of honey on top. Replacing toast with GG crackers is the move since there are less carbs and a higher fiber content. This delicious snack is definitely a must and #ffactorapproved.
An additional #ffactorapproved snack is Tanya’s favorite: the GG pizza. This includes 4 GG crackers with marinara sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese, and optional pepperonis. Each GG cracker contains 50 calories, 4 grams of fiber, and 2 net carbs, making for the perfect on-the-go snack.
#SpoonTip: It’s better to carb up in the morning so you burn it off throughout the day, then save dinner for lighter options.
A popular dinner option are Tanya’s traditional beef tacos that are especially healthy due to the replacement of wheat tortilla wraps with lettuce wraps. This extremely delicious, spicy, and protein-filled meal is a great dinner dish for family and friends.
All in all, the F-Factor’s scientifically proven diet plan does wonders with their main focus, fiber. I am very fortunate to say that I will be interning with F-Factor this coming summer in New York City with Tanya and her team!
