As if we didn’t love Whole Foods enough already, the supermarket just got even better. That’s right, our beloved Whole Foods is offering 25-cent chocolate chip cookies until December 6th. National Cookie Day is on December 4th, but Whole Foods apparently wasn’t content to limit its celebrations to a single day (#bless).
I’m 100% okay with a week of inexpensive cookies, especially when they’re baked fresh daily. Tien Ho, Whole Foods’ global vice president of culinary and hospitality, says, “We’re really proud of our made-in-house cookies and the team members who bake them up fresh, so we hope these treats bring some sweetness and savings to our customers this time of year.”
Are you drooling yet? Whole Foods’ cookies are made with cage-free eggs, non-bleached flour, and contain no artificial preservatives, colors, or sweeteners. Basically, they’re as healthy as a cookie can get.
Oh, and did I mention you can buy up to three cookies per visit? You’d best get in line before they sell out!
If you can’t make it to Whole Foods this week, whip up these gooey chocolate chip cookies to drown your sorrows. After all, it’s not every day you can buy bakery-quality chocolate chip cookies for a quarter.
