If you’re that person that goes wild when you see a chocolate fountain at a party, then 1) we should be friends, and 2) you need to read this article. There are some seriously strange things dipped in chocolate out there. Then again, you technically can dip anything in chocolate, and odds are it will make any food taste exponentially better. But that’s just a theory.
Continue on, look at the list of chocolate-covered foods below, and maybe even try some out for yourself. You never know, you may find your new favorite chocolate dessert.
1. Onion
This onion may just make you cry, either of pure disgust or joy. I guess you’ll have to try it to find out. Or prank people by telling them it’s a candy apple.
2. Edamame
I could seriously have this before my sushi meal any day. It’s just one of the wonderful things Trader Joe’s has dipped in chocolate.
3. Jalapeños
This bad boy takes the whole Mexican-spiced chocolate to a new level. Maybe slice some up in guac? Who knows how that would taste.
4. Bacon
Now this I can get behind. Morning breakfast has finally found a way to get some chocolate in, if only we could do the same with booze. Oh wait, we can.
5. Quinoa
Is this quinoa still considered healthy if it’s covered in chocolate? I hope so.
6. Ants
All I have to say is: ew ew ew ew ew ew ew ew ew and ew.

Can Taco Bell make a taco out of these?
8. Wine Bottle
Yes, a whole wine bottle can be dipped in chocolate. Sounds pretty incredible, if I do say so myself.

10. Cinnamon Altoids
Really not sure how I feel about this one, but I’m willing to try it out.
11. Cheerios
Cheerios are already a universally-pleasing cereal, but dipping them in chocolate? That’s something from the heavens.
12. Kimchi
Yes, you heard that right. Now, we don’t know where these came from exactly, but we do know it’s from some place in South Korea. I’m very intrigued though.
