These Graham Cracker Bars Taste Like S’Mores and Chocolate Chip Cookies Had a Baby

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Hamilton chapter.

I like a gooey s’more as much as the next girl, but there can definitely be too much of a good thing. If you overindulged in s’mores last summer and flee at the mention of marshmallows, give these bars a try to use up your excess of graham crackers. They taste like chocolate chip cookies and s’mores had a baby, thanks to the distinct taste and texture of the graham crackers. And as an added bonus, there won’t be any mosquitoes or fire hazards to fight with.

These graham cracker bars also make for a great dorm room recipe for when you’re craving something sweet. They’re quick to make and only need a few ingredients, with the graham crackers substituting for flour and all that other stuff. You’ll impress you friends, and they won’t even know how easy you had it.
