Spike Mendelsohn is the owner of Good Stuff Eatery and We,The Pizza. He has also appeared on Top Chef, Iron Chef America, and The Rachael Ray Show. Not only does this guy make some great food, but you can see all the magic happen on his Instagram. He also has some amazing travel photos, that of course feature food, and he takes some pretty funny photos – see above.

For the days that you wish you could eat there, check out their Instagram to stare at their fried chicken and red velvet cake.
