It’s no secret to those who know me that Paris Hilton is one of my favorite celebrities. I’ve watched her documentary, I’ve read her memoir, and I regularly quote her most iconic sayings. And while I wasn’t old enough to watch The Simple Life when it first aired in 2003 (having been born in 2002, I’m pretty sure I was watching more Elmo and less Paris), I have started watching it on Amazon Prime. I am also constantly in awe of how the icon uses her wealth and privilege to help pass new laws protecting minors from the troubled teen industry, of which she was a victim. So yeah, it’s safe to say I’m a major fan, and now, I can bring my love of Paris Hilton all the way to my kitchen.
Paris Hilton has released cookware before, but nothing as cute as her new Gingham Collection, which dropped just a few weeks ago on Amazon for a limited time only. The collection boasts 16 different items, all affordable and all adorable. The pink gingham on each of the products is also immaculate, and of course, you can’t miss the iconic “PH” on each item. The affordability of each item in this collection also makes it perfect for college students looking to cook more this semester, and you know I’m going to be buying some of these to further my college cooking journey.
For the college kid who is looking for something small to hold their drinks and lunches, I highly recommend the insulated food jar and 30-ounce tumbler from the collection. The food jar, which is 15 ounces and made of stainless steel, is perfect for keeping your meals hot while on the go, and the insulated design means no microwave necessary. It also has a built-in handle and is completely leak-proof, so there’s no need to worry about popping it in your backpack. The 30-ounce tumbler is also fully insulated and has a handle, but this product is to keep your beverages cold all day long. The slim base of the cup also allows it to fit in the cup holder of your car, so you never have to be too far from hydration or caffeine.
If you’re looking to up your cooking game but don’t know where to start or just need the basics, then you should definitely check out the serving bowl, knife sets, and the wooden utensil set. This collection also has the cutest pair of oven mitts, which is something I think every college student who cooks needs to have. \The Gingham Collection also has two different ramekin options if you enjoy baking as well as cooking (like I do), and the heart-shaped ones I just couldn’t resist because of their cute design.
