Hennessy Released New Ready-To-Serve Cocktails

If you’ve been seeing more ready-to-drink cocktails on your feed lately, you’re not alone, and Hennessy just made its official entry into the space. They recently launched a line of premixed, ready-to-serve cocktails packaged in 375 ml bottles, ranging from 18% to 22% ABV, stronger than your average canned drink.

Instead of vodka or tequila, there are all cognac-based, giving each flavor a richer, slightly heavier feel. The lineup includes three options: Henny Berry, Henny Iced Tea, and Henny Rita, each inspired by a familiar cocktail but with a twist.

Henny Berry is a mojito-inspired drink combining Hennessy V.S. with strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of mint. It leans to the sweeter side but still has that signature cognac taste.

Henny Iced Tea goes for a spiked sweet tea vibe, blending cognac with black tea and lemon citrus, kind of like a stronger, smoother take on an Arnold Palmer.

Henny Rita is a margarita-inspired mix that swaps tequila for cognac, featuring a citrus and a touch of agave for that tangy-sweet balance.

RTD cocktails have been dominating lately, especially for people who want something quick and portable without having to mix anything themselves. Hennessy stepping into this space shows how much the trend has grown. It’s not just about convenience anymore; it’s about reworking classic drinks in new ways.

But the real question is: do they actually taste good?

Creators on TikTok wasted no time putting the drinks to the test.

One creator, @kingclockit, tried each flavor and had a very mixed reaction. The Henny Berry didn’t land for him at all, comparing it to medicine and even Nyquil, calling out a syrupy, artificial taste. But the iced tea and margarita-style options told a different story. He described them both as “tea,” which means they were really good, praising how light they felt and specifically noting that the texture wasn’t overly thick. Overall, the Henny Rita won over his taste buds.

Another creator, @crownmecutie, came in with a more optimistic take. After initially thinking the drinks might not even be real, she was pleasantly surprised, especially by the Henny Rita, which they said tastes like Hennessy without being overpowering and was “so good” it made her want to keep drinking it. Her reaction to the Henny berry showed the same hesitation, though. She described it as strong on the cognac side, with the berry flavor not fully balancing it out unless you mix more.

And then there’s @spdrinkss, who only tried the Henny Berry. Unlike some of the mixed reactions, she clearly enjoyed the flavor from the start, from liking the smell to taking the first sip. Her reaction was filled with nothing but excitement, showing that she genuinely had fun with the drink.

It really depends on what you like. If you’re already a fan of Hennessy, these drinks might feel like a fun, convenient way to switch things up. If you’re more into lighter, fruitier drinks, some of the flavors might be a hit or miss.

What’s clear is that people are curious. Whether it’s love at first sip or something you tweak to your taste, Hennessy’s RTD cocktails are definitely getting the attention.
