For us, a holiday season can’t really start until Trader Joe’s drops a lineup of festive products. When they drop pumpkin products, it’s officially fall. When they drop peppermint-flavored everything, it’s officially the winter holiday season. The good news is, shoppers have spotted red, pink, and heart-shaped products dotting the shelves of the fan-favorite grocery store, meaning Valentine’s season is officially on. With sweet and savory Valentine’s offerings, they have something for everyone. If you’re looking for the perfect snack or treat to share with a friend, partner, or even just yourself (hey, self-care is a form of love too), TJ’s has got you covered like strawberries in chocolate. Here are all the Trader Joe’s Valentine’s Day items to check out this year.
What Valentine’s sweets does TJ’s have?
What is Valentine’s Day if not a good excuse to sample all kinds of sweets? And luckily for us, Trader Joe’s has a lot of them. If you’re looking for candy, you can grab gummies in the shapes of X’s and O’s, heart-shaped jellybeans, milk chocolate-covered marshmallow hearts, Belgian chocolate hearts, dark chocolate caramel hearts, or their take on the classic and controversial Conversation Hearts.
If you want something more in the baked goods realm, you can pick up heart-shaped macarons, mini heart cookies, sugar cookie dough hearts, raspberry jam heart cookies, mini raspberry mousse cakes, or even a whole heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake.
TJ’s also has a few more casual Valentine’s-inspired snacks including freeze dried strawberry pieces and strawberry yogurt-covered almonds. Strawberry seems to be the name of TJ’s Valentine’s game, as a few strawberry-flavored cereals have popped up on the shelves, as has a Strawberries and Creme pancake and waffle mix (Valentine’s Day breakfast-in-bed, anyone?) and mini strawberry ice cream cones. If red and pink and berry-flavored are your only criteria for what counts as Valentine’s, they also have new raspberry muffins.
What other Valentine’s items does TJ’s have?
If you’re looking to cook up a romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day, look no further than Trader Joe’s. They’ve determined that pasta is your best bet for a dine-in date, as they’ve released both heart-shaped pasta and heart-shaped ravioli, both coming in the oh-so-festive color of pink. Also in the Valentine’s section is their Rosatella sauce, which might be a nice topping for your heart-shaped noodles.
Plus, if you’re looking for the perfect card for a food-loving Valentine, look no further than their card section. The cards, which go for only 99 cents, boast foodie designs including hot sauce, pizza, everything bagel seasoning, and chocolate-covered strawberries. So if you’re looking to make a charcuterie board of Valentine’s Day goodies, trying to make a romantic (and on theme) pasta dinner, or just in need of a cute card, the TJ’s Valentine’s section is the place to go.
