Jollibee & KATSEYE Just Dropped A Collab Menu You Need To Try

Fast food chains just love collabing with celebrities, especially musicians, and now it’s Jollibee who is stepping into the collab spotlight. The fried chicken chain, known for their signature Chickenjoy Fried Chicken and Jolly Spaghetti, is bringing the heat with their new collaboration with popular girl group KATSEYE. The collab, which they’re calling their “sauciest, most iconic collab” features a spicy new sauce to cover your favorite style of chicken in and encourages enjoyers to “bee saucy.” Finally, a fried chicken place that isn’t making their whole menu pickle-flavored. On top of the menu, they’ve released some pretty EYECONic merch and are hinting that more spicy surprises are headed our way soon. It’s time to jump for (chicken) joy because this collab is Gnarly

What’s on the KATSEYE menu?

Jollibee is serving up the KATSEYE Special, which is a collection of meals and combos inspired by Korean BBQ flavors. The brand new flavor is described as “a sweet soy glaze with a bold kick of heat” and is being served in a flock of forms, including their fried chicken bucket and their combo and meal options (chicken with sides like white rice, coleslaw, or mashed potatoes slathered in gravy and a drink). A new chicken sandwich also stars on the KATSEYE menu, featuring the special collaboration’s KBBQ-flavored chicken on a brioche bun, topped with cucumber, cilantro, and red onion. Maybe the veggies will help put out the fire in your mouth?

When is the new menu available?

There’s no need to wait because Jollibee’s new menu is out starting today, so if you’re an EYEKON or just looking to spice up your day, you can order the KATSEYE Special right now. Like most fast-food collabs, the KBBQ inspired menu is limited-time. Will this Debut menu be a winner like KATSEYE was at the MTV VMAs earlier this month? You’ll have to try the menu to find out.

What else is part of the Jollibee KATSEYE collaboration?

A special menu isn’t the only thing Jollibee and KATSEYE have cooked up in their collab. They’re also dropping a limited edition merch collection, featuring three items: the “dream-chasing tank” with the Jollibee’s face on it and a t-shirt and matching tote that feature an image of chickenjoy and the word “gnarly” (from their song “Gnarly”). Dropped would be a more appropriate word, since the merch has already sold out. But they promise there’s more to come, including more merch and even some giveaways. So make sure to stick around for the news — you have this new KBBQ-flavored chicken to try while you wait.
