4 French Fry Alternatives That Will Keep You Swimsuit-Ready

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

I can’t think of a meal that isn’t great accompanied by a plate of French fries. Not only do French fries pair perfectly with most foods, but they’re a delicious snack. Their one and only downfall is that they lack nutrients and are high in calories and fat.

Luckily for you there are healthier alternatives that taste just as good and won’t make you feel the need to run a 5k after eating them. These recipes are super easy and make eating vegetables a little bit more enjoyable.
