The smoothie ingredients include MALK organic almond milk, lion’s mane powder, and Beyond Good pure ground vanilla. It also combines Sun Chlorella powder, KOS blue spirulina, organic spinach, organic banana, choco protein powder, sea moss, grass-fed collagen, mesquite (powder high in fiber and protein), lucuma (a fruit filled with dietary fiber), tocos (a form of Vitamin E), maca (a root vegetable), organic dates, cacao nibs, organic almond butter, astragalus (a flowering plant with immune system benefits), superfood chocolate, and organic coconut cream.
