Which Bagel Matches Your Vibe, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

January 15 is National Bagel Day, aka the best day of the entire year. But how do you know which bagel to get, especially when so many chains, bakeries, and grocery stores are offering National Bagel Day deals? In honor of the carb-centric holiday, we’ve matched you with the perfect bagel based on your astrological sign. Whether you’re a diplomatic Libra or an adventurous Sagittarius, there’s a bagel (or bagel sandwich) out there that’s perfect for you — so much so, that it’s written in the stars.

Aries (March 21 – April 19): Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel

Bold and spicy, just like Aries. Aries are known for their fiery and passionate personalities, and the spicy kick of jalapeños perfectly mirrors their bold and energetic nature.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20): Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese

Simple, satisfying, and a classic for a reason. Taurus appreciates the finer things in life, and a perfectly toasted plain bagel with rich cream cheese is a delightful decadence.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20): Cinnamon Raisin Bagel

Sweet and occasionally a bit unpredictable (depending on the amount of raisins, of course), and always interesting, a cinnamon raisin bagel is the perfect match for Gemini’s dual nature, especially when you add cream cheese for a sweet and savory combo.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22): Poppy Seed Bagel

Nostalgic and comforting, like the familiar embrace of a Cancerian. Cancers are deeply sentimental and nostalgic, and the texture of a poppy seed bagel can evoke feelings of childhood, warmth, and comfort.

Leo (July 23 – August 22): Everything Bagel

Bold, flavorful, and always a showstopper, just like Leo. Poppy seeds, onion, garlic, sesame seeds, and salt add a unique flavor that appeals to Leo’s adventurous spirit.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22): Asiago Cheese Bagel

Refined, sophisticated, and a bit on the elegant side, much like Virgo. Plus, Asiago cheese offers a nuanced flavor profile with nutty and slightly tangy notes, appealing to Virgo’s discerning taste buds.

Libra (September 23 – October 23): Blueberry Bagel

Sweet, balanced, and always a crowd-pleaser, a blueberry bagel is a great match for Libra’s diplomatic nature. If you really want to appeal to everyone, add butter for a sweet and savory combo.

Scorpio (October 24 – November 22): Onion Bagel

Intense, flavorful, and occasionally with a bit of a spicy kick, an onion bagel is a perfect match for a Scorpio’s mysterious and passionate personality.

Sagittarius (November 23 – December 21): Sourdough Bagel

Sourdough bagels offer a unique and complex flavor profile, appealing to a Sag’s sense of adventure. Plus, the tangy and slightly unpredictable nature of sourdough mirrors the free-spirited and independent nature of Sagittarius.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19): Pumpernickel Bagel

A pumpernickel bagel is earthy, sophisticated, and a bit on the serious side, just like a Capricorn. Made using pumpernickel — a dark-colored, dense German bread — these bagels have a unique depth that matches a thoughtful Capricorn.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18): Rainbow Bagel

Unique, unconventional, and a bit quirky, a brightly-colored rainbow bagel is a fun choice for an Aquarius.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20): Plain Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese

Dreamy, indulgent, and a bit whimsical, a classic bagel and lox sandwich with cream cheese is much like a Pisces.
