Caribou Coffee Is Bringing Back Its Lavender Drinks

After leaving the menu in 2024, Caribou Coffee has decided to bring its lavender items back in full bloom for the new year. The specialty coffeehouse left customers everywhere heartbroken after beloved seasonal items like the Honey Lavender Latte and the signature Lavender Energy Drink left the menu last spring. But lucky for us, the coffee chain is bringing the floral beverages back permanently. From matcha to lemonades and energy drinks, Caribou is serving up an assortment of menu items that are sure to get you out of this winter funk.

What new items are coming to the Caribou Coffee menu?

When Caribou Coffee released its lavender items on the spring menu in 2024, the chain received critical acclaim from customers everywhere. Users across TikTok posted their own taste tests of the new menu items, raving about the lemonades and lattes. Some of these fan-favorite items included the Honey Lavender Latte, Honey Lavender Espresso Shaker, Lavender Matcha Tea Latte, and the Frozen Lavender Match with Bubbles. Back by popular demand, some of these drinks have now returned.

Customers will now be able to order the Honey Lavender Latte and the Lavender Matcha Tea Latte all year round, as they’ve earned a permanent spot on the menu. For a blend of flavors that are smooth and sweet, the Honey Lavender Latte is a must-try. With the choice of hot or iced, this blend of espresso, milk, lavender syrup, and honey is perfect for the winter season. If you’re looking for an extra level of coziness then the Lavender Matcha Tea Latte is perfect for you. This latte is available hot or iced and brings so many flavors to life with matcha powder, lavender syrup and milk.

The Lavender Lemonade Energy Drink is also getting a spot on the menu, crafted to be both sour and sweet with every sip. This sparkling drink is available with lemonade or lavender flavoring and is sure to give you the boost you need to carry out your daily routine. If you’re looking to be more adventurous this new year, don’t forget to take a look at Caribou’s Frozen Lavender Matcha with Bubbles. Served over the signature coconut coffee jellies, this blend of matcha and lavender is sure to be bursting with flavor.

The new Berry-C Energy drink topped with coconut milk cold foam is only here for a limited time so make sure you get your hands on it fast. With your choice of the plain energy drink, or a mix-in of lemonade, this sparkling drink is available in flavors including strawberry, blueberry and raspberry.

What new food items are being added to the menu?

If you thought those new beverages sounded good, just wait until you hear about the sandwiches Caribou is adding to its menu that will be served all day, every day this year. Starting off with the new Eggs Benedict Sandwich, this cheesy and deletable sandwich is filled with 15 grams of protein. In each bite, you get the perfect combination of hollandaise sauce, crisp Canadian bacon, fluffy eggs, all on top of an airy English muffin. What sounds better than that?

Actually, I might be able to answer that question as we dive into Caribou’s new Turkey Provolone on Asiago Bagel. Personally, I love bagels and my go-to will always be asiago, so I am dying to try this. Packed with 27 grams of protein, this sandwich contains an iconic stack of turkey, provolone cheese, spinach, roasted tomatoes, and a spread of garden veggie cream cheese piled on top of an asiago bagel toasted to perfection.
