I Stayed In A Candy Corn-Themed Hotel Room & Lived To Tell The Tale

There are two types of people in this world: people who love candy corn and people who can’t stand it. Due to an unfortunate incident during my childhood (I’ll let you guess), I am now the latter of those two. But, when I was offered the opportunity to stay at the first-ever Candy Corn Hotel Suite, I simply couldn’t pass it up — so I put my candy corn distaste aside and packed my bags to head to the BRACH’S Candy Corn Suite, a tri-colored hotel room that will take fans of the iconic treat to an autumnal oasis.

What makes the Candy Corn Suite so special?

Beyond the fact that it’s a) covered in candy corn and b) only available at two Great Wolf Lodge locations, the suite is freaking adorable. It’s decked out custom-made décor like iridescent candy-corn headboards, an illuminated neon wall, and embroidered blankets and pillows. The two queen beds — which were filled with super comfy candy corn pillows — and pull-out couch  meant that the room could sleep up to six people.

Everywhere you look, there’s a new yellow, orange, and white detail to admire: a candy corn printed shower curtain, decals on the bathroom mirror, a candy corn printed mini-fridge, and even a candy corn lamp between the beds. Plus, the suite comes with a small bistro table that features a yellow and orange checkers game board to challenge your friends and family — you can play as pumpkins or candy corn.

Plus, since it wouldn’t be a Candy Corn Suite without a sweet treat, we got to enjoy a fully stocked pantry cart featuring all-you-can-eat Brach’s Classic Candy Corn, Mellowcreme Pumpkins, popcorn, and more. Tbh, Brach’s Harvest Corn — which features a chocolate layer amidst yellow and orange — converted me back to candy corn, and I may or may not have single handedly downed a full bag during the stay.

What is included in my stay at the Candy Corn Suite?

It only makes sense that we got a TON of candy corn. And I mean a TON. Plus, each stay comes with membership to the Brach’s Candy Corn Club, giving you a year’s supply of the treat delivered to your home after your visit, to keep the candy-corn love rolling.

One iconic feature of Great Wolf Lodge is the wolf ear headbands included with the stay — rather than ears, the headbands gifted in the suite are, well, two pieces of candy corn. Adorbs.

In addition to access to the Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in the hotel (which is a perfect summer-esque escape during the chillier fall months), we also enjoyed convenient VIP parking in a dedicated candy corn-themed spot during the visit. Overall, it was a fun themed stay that would be perfect for families during the Halloween season.

How can I stay at the Brach’s Candy Corn Suite at Great Wolf Lodge?

Now through Halloween, candy corn superfans and their families can reserve their stay in the Brach’s Candy Corn Suite on a first-come, first-serve basis, exclusively offered exclusively at two Great Wolf Lodge locations: Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania and Gurnee, Illinois.

BRACH’S full fall lineup–including Mellowcreme Autumn Leaves, Classic Candy Corn, Harvest Candy Corn, Mellowcreme Pumpkins, Mellowcreme Autumn Mix, Mellowcreme Caramel Apples and Milk Maid Caramels–are available at major retailers nationwide this fall season. Buy online or find the product at a store near you via the product locator.
