KYLA Hard Kombucha just launched their new Sunbreak Series of hard kombuchas. The new series is launching with four new flavors, with more on the horizon. The four new flavors include Lavender Lemonade, Pineapple Ginger Colada, Coconut Crush, and Sunset Trio. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest lore of the words “sun break” or the state of euphoria one feels when the sun breaks through the cloud cover, the bright and refreshing flavors in this series perfectly captures the essence of a sun break.
These flavors are unlike anything on the market these days and the Lavendar Lemonade is my everything on a hot summer day. KYLA is using some serious state-of-the-art equipment to help brew this booch. Using a five-barrel steam jacketed brew system with three 10-barrel fermenters and five one-barrel fermenters, KYLA is able to experiment and perfect the bold new flavors of their hard kombucha. “Our new Sunbreak Series is the perfect example of this, and it’s exciting to see the imaginative, seasonal flavors we’re continuing to pioneer,” says KYLA Hard Kombucha CEO Cory Comstock.
