Meet Vejo: The New Way to Make Smoothies At Home

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at testing chapter.

I love making morning drinks—it’s kind of my thing. From coffee to smoothies, and even post-workout protein shakes, making drinks is a simple pleasure in life for me. When I’m at home I can do all of these pretty well, but there’s a lot of prep work and clean up afterward. K-cups are cool, but every time I throw a single-use pod away I feel like I’m flipping off a baby turtle. Plus, I’m locked to my countertop when I’m playing barista. Then I heard of Vejo, a portable personal blender that’s perfect for at-home or on-the-go.

Vejo is the world’s first eco-friendly, pod based-blender. All Vejo pods are packed full of organic fruits and vegetables and are eco-friendly. They offer a great variety of drinks, everything from coffee and smoothies, to matcha and greens—Tart Berry is my personal fave flavor but I’ve got my eye on Tropical next. You don’t have to sacrifice variety for portability either which we love. To make any drink with Vejo, fill the blender with your choice of hot or cold water, add your pod, and twist. That’s it! Vejo makes great drinks that are perfect every time, and are ready to enjoy anywhere. Vejo blenders have been used by celebs like Zac Effron, Hugh Jackman, and Vin Diesel. And if it’s good enough for Hugh, it’s good enough for me.

You can get a Vejo starter kit, with a personal blender and 8 biodegradable pods for just $130. You can buy additional pods in either 8-count or 30-count packs. There’s also a 10% discount when you do a subscription. Now you can do your part and not kill a piece of the environment each time you make your new favorite drink. Don’t let your busy schedule stop you from making delicious drinks with no cleanup. Grab your Vejo blender here
