Yes, it’s that time of year again. While most of us are still recovering from our Thanksgiving food coma whilst dreaming of all the holiday desserts to indulge in over winter break, on Monday, December 5 over 50 of the world’s highest profile models are taking to the catwalk on TV for the 2016 Victoria’s Secret’s Fashion Show. For the first time in the show’s 21 year run, the models traveled to Paris to showcase 82 different looks of the brand’s famed lingerie collection in themes including Dark Angel, Secret Angel, and Pink Nation.

Along with the 12 Victoria's Secret Angels, other models include Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, and Joan Smalls, as well as Bella Hadid making her VS debut. Joining the models as they strut down the runway wearing iconic, jaw-dropping wings are Grammy Award Winners Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and The Weeknd.

While the Victoria’s Secret Angels and models have some of the most sculpted physiques in the modeling industry, earning their wings is hard work. Performing in lingerie in front of hundreds of cameras and millions of viewers is no small feat. These models have found some of the most creative yet effective workouts to get them in superhuman shape. From boxing to trapeze to paddle boarding, read on to see how every Angel gets in shape for the 2016 runway.

Lily Aldridge

This 31 year-old American model does Ballet Beautiful all year round but amps up her hours in the weeks leading up to the show. Just before hitting the runway this year she took to the pool deck with Gigi Hadid and Ballet Beautiful founder Mary Helen Bowers for an extra toning session.

Alessandra Ambrosio

A Brazilian model and mother of two children, this veteran Angel told Vogue she does Brazil Butt Lift classes and Physique 57 workouts throughout the year.

Taylor Hill

The 20 year-old American model combined work, exercise, and friend time just before the show by heading to the beach for some paddle boarding with Elsa Hosk. Her regular workout routine includes one-on-one sessions at ModelFit and CrossFit classes in L.A.

Elsa Hosk

Elsa, a 28 year-old Swedish model, loves to do high-intensity boxing and supplement her cardio with Flybarre classes, which she told Vogue are great for toning, tightening, and lengthening.

Martha Hunt

At 27 years old, Martha has walked in four past VS shows and earned her wings as an Angel last year. Like many of the Angels, Martha works out regularly at Dogpound NYC with trainer Kirk Myers.

Adriana Lima

A 35 year-old Brazilian model and mother of two, Adriana is Victoria’s Secret’s longest-running model. She works out every day before the show, doing lots of jump rope and boxing, her passion for the past 10 years.

Stella Maxwell

Along with having a personal trainer in New York and L.A., this 26 year-old Belgium-born model told Grazia she enjoys doing yoga and hiking, anything “to be outside and be in nature.” She's a big fan of early morning workouts.

Lais Ribeiro

This 26 year-old Brazilian model didn’t start modeling until after giving birth to her son, Alexandre. To stay in shape year round Lais does a variety of workouts including private sessions at Dogpound, oceanside yoga, spin classes, and boxing.

Sara Sampaio

Leading up to the show, the 25 year-old Portuguese model, does morning Pilates classes at Grasshopper and nightly hour-long private training sessions at ModelFit with her trainer, Justin Gelband

Josephine Skriver

Josephine, a 23 year-old Danish model, decreases her cardio workouts and focuses on toning as the show nears. Her favorite workout is boxing at Gotham Gym in New York

Romee Strijd

To maintain her lean sculpted frame, this 21 year-old Dutch model's workout routine involves a rotating schedule of Aerospace sessions with trainer Michael Olajide, Jr., SLT classes (Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone), Ballet Beautiful, and Pilates.

Jasmine Tookes

25 year-old California native, Jasmine Tookes, was chosen to wear this year’s 3 million-dollar Fantasy Bra. The highly coveted bra features 9,000 diamonds and emeralds, plus it took over 700 hours to complete. In preparation for the show (and wearing a bra weighing about 450 carats!), Jasmine added in extra P90x workouts and teamed up with workout buddy, Josephine Skriver.
