They taste like chocolate chip cookies and s’mores had a baby, thanks to the distinct taste and texture of the graham crackers. And as an added bonus, there won’t be any mosquitoes or fire hazards to fight with.

They’re quick to make and only need a few ingredients, with the graham crackers substituting for flour and all that other stuff. Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Bars

    Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers (3 sleeves)
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup powdered sugar

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line a 13×9 pan with parchment paper or greased aluminum foil.

Crush the graham crackers into crumbs by using a rolling pin or food processor.

Add the graham crackers, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and salt. Stir together.

Add the condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well until batter is combined.
