Stop settling for boring mozzarella sticks. You deserve better – you deserve ones with bacon.
On Wednesday, Natasha Rogers became our favorite person on the planet by making bacon mozzarella sticks (aka the ultimate food mashup). It may sound fancy, but the recipe on Rogers’ blog, Through The Eyes of My Belly, is so easy a college student could do it.
All you have to do is dip the cheese sticks in egg wash, roll in bread crumbs and bacon, and let them freeze for a few hours before getting your pan fry on.
See? I told you not to be scared.
