Vegetables are an important part of our diet. Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower we are meant to have them all. In fact it is recommended for us to have 4-5 servings of vegetable daily. ( no lettuce inside a burger doesn't count) These vegetables should come from five types of food groups : dark green, orange, legumes, starchy and other types as they all have their own nutrients , vitamins and benefits. Sounds painful doesn't it? This is where I come in with a list of recipes with veggie substitutes that taste like your go-to comfort food. But they are also easy to make and actually healthy. Now you no longer have to dread your daily dose of vegetables. Instead they will be a real treat.
