New York City constantly has new food places that open, whether it is a place to grab lunch, dinner, or even dessert. Recently, I tried Milk & Cream Cereal Bar, located in the middle of China Town. Now, you are probably thinking, "what is the hype about cereal recently?" Cereal is more than just what you think it is. It can be eaten at any time of the day, but can also be used in various different ways. Here, my mom and I shared a flavor of cereal and ice cream mixed together in a cup.
Milk & Cream Cereal Bar
This delicious treat, cookie crisp carnival, consisted of vanilla ice cream, blended with cookie crisp, cookie dough, and oreos, topped with cookie crunchies and chocolate chips. We ordered from their specials menu, but you can definitely come with your own creation from an array of topics and even put it on a cone. Other special flavors include Cocoa Dough and Apple Jack Avalanche. What we got was a great option to get, highly recommend it. Not only do they offer ice cream, you can also order something different.
They offer different milkshakes and even bowls of cereal where you can add your own milk and choose from various toppings. Although I didn't have either of these, I would go back and try them, and would suggest for all of you cereal and ice cream lovers to go.
If you are ever in New York City and want to try a new, unique food spot, come here because before you know it, there could be a line for days. Even if you aren't a cereal lover, come on it because you can treat yourself and I guarantee you will not regret it.
