Upside down puff pastry tarts have been all over TikTok, and it makes sense. They are an easy, yet impressive appetizer, snack, or full meal that are sure to impress any and all guests. All it takes in your toppings or filing of choice and some frozen sheets of puff pastry. It's easy to customize to your taste or make several varieties for lots of different flavors.

This version of an upside down puff pastry tart gets an upgrade with goat cheese, apples, and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey. It's a little savory and a little sweet. Any type of apple works, but if you prefer a softer texture, use a Granny Smith. Try this tart using other fruits as well such as strawberries or apricots in the spring and summer and figs or pears in the fall.
