I have spent months perfecting the perfect ratio for amazing proats that don't go dry or taste like mud. Instead these taste like brownie batter goodness. The best part is the whole process takes under five minutes so you can hit snooze at least five times.

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 30 g protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Additional toppings: cinnamon vanilla coconut or fresh fruit

  • Step 1

    Mix the oats and water in a microwave safe bowl, then put into the microwave for 1 min 30 sec. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't overflow!

    Remove the bowl from the microwave, careful it's hot! Add in the protein powder and mix while gradually adding in the almond milk.

    Put in microwave for another 30 sec for less mushy oats. (I prefer mine mushy.)

    GIVE ME ALL THE TOPPINGS! Go bananas, literally put bananas on your oats it will change the game. I love putting strawberries, mini chocolate chips, and hemp seeds on mine!
