    Ingredients

  • 1/2 white onion
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Step 1

    Chop onion, celery and green bell pepper. Combine chopped vegetables with ground beef in a microwave-safe bowl or casserole dish, and heat in the microwave for 6 minutes.

    Drain liquid out of the bowl. Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and canned tomatoes. Heat for 4 minutes in the microwave.

    Add beans to a separate bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the meat and vegetable mixture on top of the beans. Top with cheese and microwave for 30 seconds, or until the cheese has melted.
