But not just any veggies, this type of squash mixed up with potatoes and apple makes for a uniquely delicious combination when baked together. Baked Butternut Squash Potato Chips and Apple Mix
- Prep Time:7 mins
- Cook Time:30 mins
- Total Time:37 mins
- 1 Butternut squash
- 6 Potatoes
- 2 Apples
- Olive oil
Cut all the ingredients, you can shape them the way you like. I recommend french fries shape for the potatoes, round slices for the butternut squash and "orange-segments shape" for the apples.
Set oven to bake 375°F, spread a pan with olive oil and add the ingredients on top. Sprinkle with preffered spices (don't forget the cinnamon for the apples!) and drizzle with a little more olive oil. Take it to the oven for around 15-20 min, when you see them golden brown, rotate them and return to oven for around 10 more minutes.
Serve with any salsa you like and delight your dinner guests!
