Two Quick and Tasty Protein Pastries That Will Double Your Gains

Recently, I’ve been trying to track my intake of macronutrients and be more conscious of what I eat. However, as I’m sure many of you know, it’s really hard to stop eating sweets, specifically pastries.

No more weekly cupcakes, no more dessert at the dining commons. How was I to get my daily sugar rush without ruining my protein intake?

I recently discovered a YouTube channel aptly named “The Protein Chef” run by this awesome guy called Derek. Not to take this blessing from Brodin lightly, I decided to try my hand at two of his most scrumptious looking recipes, namely the Whoopie Pies and the M&M Cake Jars.

Note: Eating these won’t have you joining the 1000-lb club, but they are extremely macro-friendly!
