Gluten Free Donuts
- Prep Time:5 minutes
- Cook Time:9 - 10 minutes
- Total Time:15 minutes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Egg
- 2/3 cup butter
Butter the doughnut pan and preheat oven to 400°F.
Pour doughnut mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg and 1/3 cup melted butter.
Mix until combined.
Spoon batter into doughnut pan, filling each cup 1/2 full.
Bake 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Pour topping mix (cinnamon and sugar) into a shallow bowl or plate.
Put melted butter in a separate bowl.
Remove doughnuts from the pan while still warm. Gently brush each with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
