We here at Spoon decided that milk’s favorite cookie deserved a new recipe with this marshmallow Oreo cookie. It’s everything you love about a soft gooey cookie, mixed with the sticky love of marshmallows and chocolatey goodness of Oreos. Something about the marshmallow Oreo cookie just makes you shiver with excitement. That’s what’s supposed to happen. Just roll with it.
Marshmallow Oreo Cookie

- Servings:20-30 cookies
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 oz Cookies n' cream pudding mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 6 oz Cookies and cream candy bar, chopped
- 10 Oreos, crushed
Mix butter and sugars in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix again until even.
Separately, mix flour and baking soda.
Add flour/baking soda mix to large bowl slowly, mixing as you do so.
Mix in cocoa powder, pudding mix, crushed Oreos, and chopped Hershey bar.
Chill mixture 10-15 minutes.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto buttered cookie sheet with ample space between each.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
Let sit out of oven on cooling rack.
Get some milk, because this is gonna get delicious.
