Cook Time: 16 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours 31 minutes

Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients:
1 12-oz. bag semisweet chocolate chips
8-oz. semisweet chocolate bar
1 stick salted butter
3 eggs
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
16 marshmallows

Directions:
1. Over medium heat, melt chocolate chips and butter together in a pot. Stir constantly, like a nice risotto, until the mixture is melted. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for 3-5 minutes.

2. In a big bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract until combined.

3. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and get excited.

4. Add the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.

5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap (be careful it doesn’t stick to your face) and refrigerate for 2 hours.

6. Preheat the oven to 325ºF.

7. Take the dough out of the fridge, form into balls and place dough 2 inches apart on a parchment lined baking sheet (dough will cover two baking sheets).

8. Bake cookies for 12 minutes.

9. Take cookies out of the oven and smell them for crying out loud. Ooh baby.

10. Break the chocolate bar into squares and place on top of cookies.

11. Cut marshmallows in half with a scissors and put those bad boys on on top of the chocolate pieces like little hats.

11. Put cookies back in the oven for 4 minutes (to melt the chocolate and marshmallows).

12. Take cookies out of the oven and transfer to a cooling rack.

13. Once they’ve cooled, dust cookies with chocolate shavings for decoration.

14. Enjoy your mouth-watering masterpiece.
