On days with those pesky 9 am (or even 8 am) classes, you need a college-friendly breakfast that you can just grab and heat up, and this recipe fills that niche perfectly. Overnight oatmeal is quick, easy and here’s the icing on the proverbial cake: it tastes really good. You can dress it up or dress it down and it’ll still taste delicious! It’s quite the chameleon: you can make it vegan by using soy milk or gluten-free by using gluten-free oats, and it’s created in less than 5 minutes. You get to snooze while your masterpiece blooms! Overnight oatmeal can be eaten straight from the jar or heated up for maximum flavor.
