Gluten Free Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup gluten free baking flour
  • 3 tablespoon almond, soy or rice milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Step 1

    Cream together peanut butter and coconut sugar.

    Scrape down the edges of the bowl and add the flour and baking powder, mix to combine.

    Add vanilla and milk of choice, mix until dough looks like this. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if dough is too crumbly to mold with your hands.
